Reservation Policy
All reservations are held until 4:00pm local time, day of arrival. If expected arrival is after 4:00pm, all reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival. Accepted methods of guarantee are prepaying the first night room and tax, or providing a valid credit card number at time of booking. In the event that the reservation needs to be cancelled, it must be cancelled by 4:00pm local time, day of arrival to avoid penalty. All room rates are subject to a 3% occupancy tax + 7% good & services tax(GST) and the 7.5% provincial sales tax (PST), Children 18 & under stay free in parents room, Additional person is $15.00 + taxes, Indoor valet parking charge is $16.75 per day + taxes.
