Breakfast is available between 8 and 10 am and is served in the bright and spacious dining area. Just off the kitchen, the room has a vaulted ceiling, oversized windows and french doors leading onto a large stone patio. In the summer months breakfast is available on the patio, revealing landscaped gardens and a view of the mulberry trees through which the Hamilton Harbour is just visible.
In this relaxing backdrop, Mulberry House offers a full breakfast including a lavish assortment of foods (and we are pleased to cater to vegetarian or other dietary requirements): • fresh fruits • cereals • yoghurt • freshly baked quiches • omelettes • croissants • freshly baked muffins • specialty breads • home-made preserves • coffee, tea and juice.

Recreation Facilities
Mulberry House is located midway between Toronto and Niagara Falls, just above Hamilton Harbour, in the Bay area of Hamilton's vibrant North End district. This completely renovated century home is situated on a quiet dead-end street above the Waterfront Trail which connects Bayfront Park and Pier 4 Park.
Running from Pier 8 all the way to Westdale and McMaster University in the west end of the city, Hamilton's beautiful Waterfront Trail is ideal for walking, biking, running and rollerblading. Or just relax and take in the beautiful surrounding waterfront from a bench or the comfort of the trolley car that traverses the Trail's length from spring through autumn.
An exquisite B&B, Mulberry House overlooks a number of distinct boat clubs that reside in the Hamilton Harbour - including the Leander Rowing Club and the Royal Hamilton Yacht Club - which are renowned for a variety of boating and sailing activities throughout the season.
