As a matter of cleanliness and for comfort to all our guest we politely request all guests to refrain wearng out door shoes in side our home, Soft slippers are provided.
Smoking is allowed out on terrace if other guests do not object. Drinking in the rooms are discouraged in order to avoid accidental spills on carpets.
All ground floor rooms and public areas In-house limited internet use. Hardwood floor, Professionally trained Chef.

Location Description / Directions:
From The Lewiston Bridge in Buffalo NY
Once you go through Canada customs. You will come to your first and only toll in Canada. Please go through the extreme right toll to pay, No sooner you get through move immediately to the right for “Niagara on the Lake exit after a 100 yards behind the Canada customs make a sharp left and a right to ''Niagara Park way'' to join the parkway.
Further down at round-a-bout.(traffic circle) you need to go half round the circle and hang right to head towards Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is a longish drive @ 60Kmph (20-25 minutes)
When you come to John st. make a Left turn. (This is near the ''River bend Inn'' and is just past a bunch of small signs for attractions etc. The signs are small so drive slow. Follow John and turn Left to Charlotte St. It is bit of drive. (If you come to King St near the “Pillar and Post Spa and hotel” :you have gone too far)
We are almost at the end of Charlotte on your Left
