Check In / Check Out Policy
Check In as soon as the room is available, usually no later than about 2pm. Office closes at 11 pm, late arrivals allowed if we are notified ahead of time.

Reservation Policy
Policy depends on the unit rented, length of stay and time of year. Policy will be stated at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Outside of period quoted at time of reservation, no penalty. Within this period, a penalty of one full night will be assessed only if we turn away business that night.

Business Description
|
Property is directly on the St. Lawrence River. Beautifully manicured waterfront with boardwalks, picnic tables, comfortable deck chairs, waterfall and pond, small dock for overnight boats, a canoe is available (free of charge).
Many apple trees on property. Full river view from all cottages and efficiencies. Motel rooms have large deck and view of back courtyard and apples tress, bird feeders and squirrel feeding stations.
