Business Description
|
The Beaver Lodge located only three blocks from historic downtown Fernie. It has been renovated from a historic house built in 1908 by the Bank of Commerce! It has the owners special interior touches.
The rooms have private and shared bathrooms to choose from, all with different views of Fernie and the mountains. All the bedrooms are on the second floor. The main floor consists of the kitchen, a large combination dining room/living room (2600sqft in total). After a day on the slopes, relax in the seven person hot tub!
The hosts at Beaver Lodge have 10 years experience in Canada and Europe running catered chalets and have been in Fernie for 7 years. One works on the Pro Mountain Ski Patrol (and so does the Golden Retriever 'Lily' who is an Avalanche Rescue Dog in training). The other host is a ski instructor. They have extensive local knowledge of the mountain and Fernie itself, which is a great advantage.
