Recreation Facilities
The beach is fine sand and gradual for a long distance, marked off for power boat sports. Osoyoos is known for beautiful and hot summers; the water is the warmest in Canada, making water activity a must. Water sport rentals are a 5 minute beach walk or you can reserve an anchor in front of our beach.

Reservation Policy
One night's deposit will be processed at the time of your reservation for a 3 day minimum. Refunds will be given, less a $50 administration fee, if notice is received more than 30 days prior to arrival. Maximum room occupancy strictly enforced.

We invite you to enjoy your vacation time in the comfort of our condo style units or indulge yourself in luxury by staying in one of our condos while in the heart of the Desert, Golf and Wine Country.
Our 27 unit Santa Fe designed and decorated building boasts on the beach and water views from most units. An elevator assists speedy movement and offers wheelchair access to every room on the property. All rooms are non- smoking and offer kitchens to create simple or deluxe meals.
Spend time on our beach with the family, cook a BBQ lunch or dinner and enjoy the parasailing, waterskiing, power boating, canoeing, windsailing, and of course, people watching.
