3000 sq.ft.all log lodge with access to the North Saskatchewan river and a 320 acre island. [Can walk to island wearing rubber boots.] Lodge has huge kitchen, fully equiped, large sitting rooms on main and upper floors, full length deck on upper floor, wash basin in all bedrooms on upper floor,library.4 piece bathroom on main floor.2 toilet cubicles and 2 showers on upper floor. Great for reunions, weddings, clubs, retreats, hunters, etc. Any group function. Group being defined as up to 24 in lodge.
